Will Taylor’s vision is to produce an exclusive
range of premium Australian
varietal wines, the equal of any in this country.
To do that, he is relying on two basic truisms:
great wine is made in the vineyard; and
different grape varieties do better in
different regions.
Will’s concept is to select the classic grape
varieties of Australia, sourcing
them from vineyards that demonstrate a true
sense of ‘terroir’ in the regions where
they do best. They will then be made into wine
by leading winemakers in the vicinity.
The result is a series of superb examples of the
great regional wine styles of Australia!
