Displays blackberry with complex coffee and pepper aromas. Blackberry fruit flavour dominating the palate with subtle cedary oak and vanillin characters. This wine is full bodied with a long concentrated finish. 50% American oak and 50% French oak hogsheads for 12 months. 14.5% Alc/Vol.

This wine exhibits blackberries, mint and vanilla aromas. Berry fruits and hints of chocolate are finely balanced with a firm tannin structure giving a long concentrated finish. 100% French oak barriques for 12 months. 13.5% Alc/Vol.

This wine displays figs, lime with citrus and tropical aromas and flavours. A lovely round, full and soft palate.This Chardonnay is very approachable now. Barrel fermented in 100% new French oak barriques for 3 months. 13.5% Alc/Vol
